It will be a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It will be the fifth event under the Final Resolution chronology and second Final Resolution event to take place in 2008. Final Resolution is usually held in the month of January, however, TNA moved the event to December in early October of 2008. As a result of TNA’s decision, two Final Resolution events will take place in 2008; one in January and one in December.

Eight Man Tag Team Match: The Main Event Mafia (TNA World Heavyweight Champion Sting, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, and Booker T) vs TNA Front Line (A.J. Styles, Samoa Joe, TBA, and TBA
If the Main Event Mafia win, Sting retains the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, however, if they lose, Styles wins the championship.
Kurt Angle vs Rhino
If Angle wins, he’ll get a future match with Jeff Jarrett. If Rhino wins, Angle must leave TNA forever. Mick Foley will be the Special Guest Enforcer for the match.
